Leading security software and hardware company, Sophos, has announced that it will shortly begin the End of Sale (EoS) and End of Life (EoL) process for its Cyberoam products. This essentially means that products will cease being sold and eventually support for said products will also stop.
The EoS and EoL process will affect the following products:
- Cyberoam iNG appliances
- Cyberoam virtual appliances
- Cyberoam Central Console (CCC)
- Cyberoam Cloud Management System
- Cyberoam iView NR
Cyberoam lifecycle dates
End of Sale (EoS) date
31st March 2019
This will be the final purchase date for the above products.
Last renewal date
31st March 2021
This will be your final opportunity to extend subscription services, warranty and technical support for the above products. Following this date, extensions will no longer be possible.
End of Life (EoL)
31st March 2022
Support for all products listed above will cease on this date.
What can businesses do?
Sophos advises that customers using the products reaching its End of Life, should utilise Sophos XG Firewall for the migration of these Cyberoam appliances. For MWL Systems customers using these products we would highly recommend you to book in with our expert team to begin the planning process for migration well in advance of the EoL date.
