What systems do they use? We use a combination of industry leading monitoring tools and custom developed service desk and SLA management software. This gives us a real edge when looking after your systems.

Stability and Security

Are they going to be around next year? We’ve been in the industry a long time – over 30 years in fact - and are financially stable with a long term management team and approach.

In terms of keeping the lights on, we back up our systems to a secure UK based data centre, use a hosted phone system and have a proven business continuity plan in place should the worst happen. This is all to make sure that we can carry on functioning to support our customers.

We have a dedicated support team with a minimum number of engineers available at any one time in order to fulfil all support requirements. As our business grows, we proactively recruit to maintain support levels.
