MWL Systems uses Dell Certified Partner status to increase expertise and drive business growth for its customers.

Based in Wrexham, North Wales, MWL Systems has provided customers with tailored IT solutions for more than 25 years. The company – which has achieved ISO 20000 certification for its excellence in information systems management – meets the needs of businesses across the UK.

MWL Systems had seen an increasing demand for virtualization among its customers.  The company wanted to target this growing market by developing a closer relationship with Dell, one of the leading providers of virtualization solutions.  Matt Kingsley-Williams, Commercial Manager at MWL Systems, says: “Achieving Dell Certified Partner status was a logical step for us.  It validated our expertise and gave customers added confidence.”

Since becoming a Dell Certified Partner, MWL Systems has developed its capabilities and gained Dell Enterprise Architecture Certified Partner accreditation. “Our core market is small and medium sized enterprises, but Dell Enterprise Architecture Certified Partner status has enabled us to win virtualization projects with bigger organisations,” says Kingsley-Williams.
