A successful North West company providing secure storage facilities in containers for business and consumer.

Keeping track of the storage units on the various sites, contracts administration and invoicing were proving to be a limiting factor on the ambitious growth plans of the company. So they called in mwl to see how their systems could be streamlined.

Within a few weeks the software development team had produced a comprehensive system which was producing hundreds of invoices per month in a fraction of the time the previous systems took. In addition the invoice details are passed automatically into Sage Line 50 accounts to update the company’s Sales Ledger.

To make it easier to see at a glance the availability of units across all sites, a web based graphical front end display has been added which shows the site layout, and the containers are coloured according to their availability.
